Le Quai has very exciting news to share with its most important customers. We have brought in two very hard to get items and would love for you to join us and taste something you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else.

The first is a Wagyu skirt steak from Strube Ranch in Pittsboro, Texas. This is a very small ranch that produces some of the best "American Kobe" beef in the country. Because of their commitment to excellence their production is unbelievably limited and there is not a restaurant west of Texas that currently has their beef......except Le Quai.

The second is Wolffish. This is a deep-water predatory fish that has a bright white flesh and a slightly sweet "shellfish" flavor. My fishmonger has assured me that this is the only commercially available Wolffish in the country right now.

Le Quai is the only restaurant in the country with fresh Wolffish, and the only restaurant west of Texas with Strube Ranch Beef!! We have a limited supply of both items and hope that you call for your reservations soon, as we are sure to sell out quickly.
